I am happy that this "Festive Cheerkat" is finished! I just have the "finishing part" to do left.

I am stitching "Festive Cheerkat" by Peter Underhill on 28ct Laguana. This is my first stitching with lots of factional stitches.....plus squashed stitches. It takes lot of concentration with no distraction. I am trying to stitch this for one of my son's birthday. I am fond of Meerkats.

Polar Bear - SanMan

I finally decided to make this into an ornament with stuffing inside and sewed around it to give it some depth. I enclosed a red bias ribbon as a hanger to hang on the tree. The back of the ornament is stitched with backstitching " SanMan, the year 2011 and my signature". This is stitched on 25ct, 2 over 2 with DMC threads. I had thought it was 28 ct at first and then I realized that the fabric is one of my leftover from stitching one of my HAED design.

"Kokopelli Christmas" - finished !!!!

This is finally finished !!!!! My DH is debating to whether to frame it or to make it into a wall hanging and will hang it up during December as part of the Christmas decoration. But at least the stitching is done.

This is stitched on 28ct evenweave using DMC threads.

15 sided biscornu SAL

I just finished my 15 sided biscornu. This is not easy to do since the squares are only 16w X 16h and I had to figured out how to stitch the middle row. I made some errors and then had to re-do the middle row again but once I figured it out, the rest became easy to do. The blue button on top of the biscornu is the top and the red button is the bottom of the biscornu.

O'Canada - Vee and Co chart

One of my Jan Crazy Challenge is completed. It is from Vee and Company chart of O'Canada. It is stitched on 14ct aida with DMC threads.

Polar Bear - SanMan

I just finished stitching the Polar Bear from SanMan freebies. It is stitched on 28ct cream evenweave with DMC threads. The polar bear is a charm as part of the chart.
