I am stitching "Festive Cheerkat" by Peter Underhill on 28ct Laguana. This is my first stitching with lots of factional stitches.....plus squashed stitches. It takes lot of concentration with no distraction. I am trying to stitch this for one of my son's birthday. I am fond of Meerkats.
The top photo is where I am at and the bottom photo is the chart of what it will look like when done.
Oh, this is SOOOoooo cute! You should do this as a PIF with us!

Its coming along great. It will make a great gift for your son.
ReplyDeleteIt's a cute piece. I don't think I could do 28 count though my hats off to you. I'm sure your son will like it.
ReplyDeleteAdorable design!!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! You were right to do it on evenweave if there are lots of fractional stitches. You would hate to do that on Aida!
